  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns are accepted within 07 days from the date of delivery.

Cancellations:

Changed your mind? No problem! You have 1 hour from the time of your order to cancel for a full refund. This brief window allows us to process and ship orders efficiently.

Easy Self-Cancellation: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can easily cancel it through your account page within the cancellation period. Your refund will be processed automatically within 4-7 business days.

Orders in Transit: For orders that have already shipped or are beyond the cancellation window, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover return and handling costs. However, you still have the option to return your chair as per our return policy outlined below.

  • Full Return/Replacement: If your entire chair is damaged, incorrect, or unusable, we’ll offer a full replacement or refund to ensure your complete satisfaction.

  • Our support team carefully reviews all return and replacement requests based on our policy to ensure fair handling.
  • Shipping costs for replacement parts due to manufacturing defects, missing parts, or damage during transport will be covered by us.
  • Minor variations in product dimensions or color from what is shown online can occur due to manual measurements and lighting differences. These small discrepancies are not covered under our warranty or return policy.
  • Requests for returns or replacements outside of the standard options may incur a fee of up to 20% of your order value.
